New Keyboard!!!!

 

The first of the black friday gets has arrived, I finally got a new keyboard!

For years until now, I've been using this keyboard.

I think at the time I bought it, it was like $16? But it's a little more now.

For that price. it's not so bad, but there are some things I hate about it:

1. The keys are so ridiculously loud, especially the space bar. Like, People make fun of it on discord calls...

and 2. The rollover is terrible. So both writing and playing games is annoying. 

finally 3. Something about the design and layout, or maybe the round keys, makes it extremely hard to type on. I feel illiterate, messing up and mistyping constantly wwww

For those reasons and because I want more customizability/swappability, I have been shopping for a new keyboard for a while now. 

I originally wanted the Bakaneko65, but they've been out of the colors I want for ever so I got tired of waiting.

I went with the Yunzii B87 and

wow, I'm totally impressed!!

For the price, I'm sure it's not the nicest keyboard on the planet, but I don't have crazy standards either. 

I'm just picky, and it suited my tastes.

I'm not the biggest fan of the heart detail, but it's charming, and I LOVEEEE rounded keycaps. 

Also, the sound of these switches (cocoa cream v2, it says) is really nice. I bought alternative silent switches expecting not to like it, but I think I'm gonna keep them actually.

I think it goes with the desk theme pretty well.

Next I need to replace the desk mat with a pink one and get speakers!
