Haircut

 

Yeah I don't know how this happened, but when I looked at my hair the other day after I reinstalled my streaks...

Eugh

I don't know why one side of my hair keeps getting chewed up, but the other side grows just fine. It's been like that for years. 

Well there was no way around it, I had to have a haircut. 

So I made J come cut it on his break wwww

So much better.

Camera and filter made it lighter.

In other news, I got antsy and anxious the other day so I impulsively painted my cart covers. 

I think the pink is a little too strong but well, it's done now. 

Today, my neighbor knocked on my door and gave me a gigantic bouquet?? So sweet.

I went to Uwaji the other day, with the goal to buy a new blush, a new lip, the Calypso magic concealer, and Matomage hair stick. They didn't have the concealer or hair stick though... It's so annoying when something is always in stock until you want to buy it, and then it's sold out forever. 

I took the Plus Eau tube type instead and honestly? I'm really glad I did. It smells soooo good and works so well. It also doesn't make my hair feel heavy or crispy. I really like it. I understand why it's so popular.

As for the makeup, I took Glasting Color Gloss in 01 Peony Ballet, and Powder Cheeks in P02. I am having a lot of trouble finding colors suitable for my complexion these days, Everything is either way too cool and I look like a corpse, or way too dark and making me look too heavy...Even still I'm not completely sold on this lip, but it's better for my current mood than the ones I bought before. 

The next day I went to process a return and exchange for a Xena present! 

We decided to overhaul her gear because her old harness finally broke completely. This time I was insisting on NO plastic buckles. We choose the Reddy brand in this pretty Burgundy colorway. It feels weird not to put her in pink...

Actually even the largest size is a bit too tight on her. I hope it will be perfect if she looses a bit more weight, she's slightly overweight now. But I definitely don't have the biggest dog ever so I wonder what people with bigger dogs are supposed to do ww.

On the way home from exchanging the harness, I stoped into HMart to see if they had any concealer. I really wonder why HMart even bothers pretending to have a cosmetics section if they won't bother to have a halfway decent selection ww. They had only ONE concealer, from The Saem. Even though they didn't have my color, I took one anyways because I just need something... And the formula seems good anyways. I think if I put my foundation over it it would look fine enough... We will see.

Today we went back to Uwaji for J's needs but I took some things as well. 

Just basics... But I totally fucked up! I meant to buy shampoo and treatment but I accidentally took two treatment instead. So I'll have to go exchange it. UGH.

Oh I also bought a sakura Water in Lip.

Now I'm settling in for the evening with a strawberry Cream Cheese bread. I had to make a decaf latte to go with it because I just can't have a sweet without coffee, it's impossible.

We went to a pop up in the city today 

It was a collaboration between OzzOn, Hoshibako Works, and Forest Girl Clothing. Unexpectedly I took two items.

I'm not bothered to take better pictures I'm sorry. 

I think both are OzConte. They are both very thick and heavy, so they probably can't be worn until the weather turns colder again, but that's fine.

I also took a 小悪魔 Ageha at the bookstore.

I'm sorry for disappearing for so long ww

I said on my last post that I got sick after my family visited me, but after that I just couldn't get better until now! I even had to go to urgent care at some point. I got a URI that went to my ears and eyes as well... UGH

Because of that I also couldn't go out nor put on makeup, so really I didn't have much to blog about. 

Well now I'm finally starting to feel better and I'm also finished with my antibiotics tomorrow so I can start wearing makeup again starting then. 

But still I'm so low energy and groggy...

We went to see The Backrooms yesterday and I liked it! Only it bothered me that they couldn't be fucked to do the actresses hair... if they want so badly to set a movie in the 90's why in the hell does it make sense to give them all flat greasy middle parts?? It just makes them look like modern women in costumes. Totally took me out of it. Otherwise it was very good and I liked it.

Then when we got home, we remembered we never watched Iron Lung so we decided to just watch that one too ww. A YouTuber movie double feature. It was way better than I expected (my expectations were very low) and honestly I will probably even watch it again in the future. 

Also we put up a new poster this weekend! I bought J a TYPE MOON エース when I was in the city and it came with a cute poster featuring one of his favorites!! So we had to hang it right away. It definitely reminded me that I want to hang more posters.

Now I'm probably gonna meet Bunny today finally.
