Blogger broke

 I'm so frustrated, I've been wanting to blog since yesterday, but blogger is broken for me now and I can't upload any photos!

I know I can upload them as html but, I don't like that it hotlinks when uploaded that way, so the photos click through to the host site. 

Plus if the host site goes own or I delete the photos... they're gone from my blog too. I don't like that. 

It's ironic because I accused blogger of being in its "twilight years" the other day on reddit. I guess Google is proving me right by throwing a usability-breaking bug in LOL

EDIT: I found this forum thread through a reddit post, it seems this is a blogger-wide issue as expected. It seems the workaround is to drag and drop images directly into the editor rather than using the 'add photo' feature.
