I am super tired.

I cleaned the apartment this morning, then just after I finished I saw a text from MiL that she wanted to go to IKEA lol! So I rushed to get ready, but I didn’t give myself enough time. T T

I got to my eyebrows but I couldn’t finish my makeup before she arrived. Xena was crying like she needed to go potty so I took her out, but she knew ‘grandma’ was waiting in the car so she was excited, and ‘grandma’ also got excited to see Xena, so she came out to greet her. Well, my shoes had no grip on the wet pavement so when she pulled on the leash toward ‘grandma’, I slid and fell right on my face LOL.

When I went to put Xena away, I was so stressed from rushing and from falling over I just started uncontrollably crying!!

I finished my makeup in the car on the way there.

Anyways, IKEA was great! I didn’t know it’s a good time to go to IKEA around new years but apparently it is, because there were some crazy sales.

I was sent with some missions, from J to buy an ironing board, and from me to buy a bookshelf.

Well obviously we found more than we planned to…

I built the furniture tonight.

I also found the rug, and the pink basket there today. ↑

The bookshelf was EXACTLY the perfect width and I completely guessed. Can you believe this shelf was $25?

Also got some organizational bins, and I found J’s ironing board!

Now I’m gonna pass out.
