Today it's March 1st which means winter is over! (to me)
I'm already thinking about what I will do to refresh everything for the new season.
I don't like the look or vibe of spring very much.
But lately I think I should be more like those people who really love Christmas but don't start celebrating until December so that it always feels special.
otherwise if I start celebrating summer right now I will be tired of it by the time summer does come, right?
at least they're saying that April and May will be warmer than normal this year, so maybe it'll be only cold for one more month.
also, it's crazy how quickly time is passing right now.
maybe it's because we need to move soon so it feels like its rushing towards us too quickly.
but either way I'm glad because I just want the time to pass.
I'm really not in a great place in my life right now and I'm not happy where we are.
all we ever can afford to do is work.
there is no fun or activity.
I have no social life.
well anyways if I'm ever able to afford to buy a dresser I'll want to redecorate my room a little and unpack my old summer decorations.
It's so minimal because basically everything but our clothes, food, plants, and electronics are packed away.
lately minimal feels better anyways.
I can't stomach taking up any space.
I think after I'm done writing this I'm gonna force myself to go around and declutter and rearrange more.
I'll tell how how that goes after.
a Daiso opened up very nearby my house so now I can go more often which makes me really happy,
also an asian grocery opened there too so we won't have to drive all the way to the next city over anymore! (or bus there which I always had to do).
I don't buy any junk there but their home storage and organizational items are the best prices anywhere.
I wonder how I'll make our next place look?
I really liked Akarin's old place and Emi's old place. I think those are ideal for a clean looking summery home.
before everything I bought was black and pink so switching to white will be a bit of work ww
Today we finally went to the tea shop that opened in our city last year.
we used to go to the one in the next city over all the time when I worked there, but since I don't anymore we had no reason to go there.
we also just hadn't been in the mood for it anyways.
J's order: strawberry green tea + lychee jelly and bubble waffle
Ray's order: Okinawa roasted milk tea + boba
I was nervous because I don't like sweets, but this one was not too sweet at all.
the roasted flavor was almost like coffee
so I'm gonna work hard this time to keep going even if I get bored!
even hubby says I'm getting super tan now!
